Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required at hire.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Vital signs collection and measurement.
• Height and weight measurements.
• Oxygen saturation monitoring.
• Report any unusual observations to the nurse.
• Collect specimens for analysis.
• Record and monitor intake and output.
• Provide personal care and assist with daily activities.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under RN supervision.
• Assist with meals and room service and feeding.
