Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to create and monitor schedules for nursing staff on a part-time basis. This role emphasizes timely, compliant scheduling to ensure residents receive quality care in our facility.

You will work 20 hours per week, collaborating with the Director of Nursing and staff to balance coverage while upholding the organization's values of care, compassion, and integrity. Health benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Previous nursing or healthcare experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Commitment to delivering high quality, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, families, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to company's mission, values and standards of ethical behavior.

• Ensures residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Prepares and monitors nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
