• Take vital signs, monitor glucose, weights and assist with mobility.
• Accurately receive and communicate patient information to nurses.
• Orient patients to the unit and their room upon admission.
• Respond to call lights and perform rounds to meet patient/family needs.
• Document tasks according to unit policies.
