Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and order of patient and unit environment.
• Respond to emergencies and patient needs promptly.
• Obtain and document vital signs as directed by the RN.
• Assist with transport and routine procedures under RN supervision.
• Cross-train to support unit secretary duties as needed.
