Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including bathing, grooming, mobility, and transfers.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain patient hygiene and skin integrity through turning and cleansing.
• Assist with meals and coordinate with team for comfort and safety.
• Maintain safety and infection control in daily duties.
