Job summary

Opportunities include part-time and full-time positions on day (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) and overnight shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patients, and support a team focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Any required BLS/CPR certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Current Michigan Nurse Aide certification required at hire or prior to hire.
• Experience as a Nurse Aide or Patient Care Technician may be required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, mobility, and transfers.
• Monitor patient comfort, assess pain, and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Record vital signs, weights, and patient information accurately.
• Communicate with nurses, physicians, patients, and families about patient progress.
• Follow safety, infection control, and quality improvement protocols.
