Job summary

Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center is seeking a nurse aide to support licensed staff by providing indirect patient care and assisting with basic nursing tasks. You will help with patient care, room preparation, and maintaining supply levels while ensuring safety and comfort for patients.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), CPR/BLS certification within 6 months of hire, and preferred STNA certification or healthcare major student status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS CPR certification or obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in healthcare setting, direct or non-direct patient care.
• Certified STNA or student in a healthcare major.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
• Strong technology, typing, and computer skills.
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess data reflective of the patient status and understand age-specific needs.
