Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Active registry as a State Tested Nurse Aide with the State of Ohio.
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to the needs of the residents served.
• Ability to assess data reflecting resident status and identify needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and room preparation as directed by the nursing staff.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill to care for residents and report changes in condition.
• Communicate inventory needs to restock supplies and maintain adequate stock.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
