Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare: direct or non-direct patient care, or STNA, or student in healthcare major.

• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess patient age-specific needs per unit policies.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and skill to provide age-appropriate care and report changes.
• Assist with patient care and room preparation as directed to address patient needs and safety.
• Order and restock patient care supplies to meet daily needs.
• Complies with organizational policies, procedures, and practices for quality care and compliance.
