Job summary

You will assist with patient care, prepare rooms, restock supplies, and ensure departmental policies are followed while upholding service excellence aligned with the hospital's mission.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current BLS CPR certification or obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in healthcare settings (direct or non-direct patient care) or STNA; or student in a healthcare major.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
• Strong technology, typing, and computer skills.
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess data and growth/development across lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with patient care and room preparation as directed by nursing staff.
• Order and restock patient care supplies to meet daily needs.
• Follow organizational policies to ensure quality care and compliance.
• Maintain department competencies for patient care.
