Stony Brook Medicine is seeking a Nursing Assistant I/II to join our care team in Stony Brook, NY. Under the supervision of a RN, you will assist with patient care, communicate with patients and families, and help maintain a respectful and ethical environment.

Duties include basic care tasks, measurement of vital signs, documentation, feeding and assisting with daily living activities. Preferred candidates hold NYS CNA license and a high school diploma; pre-employment health checks and drug

Competenze

• NYS Certified Nursing Assistant license or CNA training program certification preferred.
• One year of patient care experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Change dressings and provide basic patient care under supervision.
