Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo card file.
• Report changes in the resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
• Assist residents with daily functions and transport within the facility.
