Job summary

Pleasantlake Nursing Facility in Ohio is seeking a Part-time/PRN Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily care under the supervision of licensed staff. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, document accurately, and maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents and colleagues.

Requirements include active Certified Nursing Assistant credentials in accordance with state law; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred for this role.
• Ability to read/write and follow care plans with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristband/photo card.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living and daily nursing care.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable room environment for residents.
