• Successful completion of an EH provided Nursing Assistant training within one month of hire
• Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program
• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients under RN supervision
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort
• Transfer patients safely and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Take vital signs and document accurately
• Report patient condition changes promptly to the RN and team
