Qualifications

• Must meet ONE of the listed education qualifications.
• Must be able to work 36 hours/week.
• Must work Every Other Weekend and rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Duties include direct patient care under RN supervision and adherence to regulatory standards.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 1 month from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care and assist with nutritional needs.
• Provide comfort care and other assistance.
• Safely transfer patients between surfaces.
• Take vital signs and maintain patient records.
• Observe changes in patient condition and report to RN.
• Maintain a safe, clean patient environment.
