Job summary

MTM Transit in Tucson, AZ is hiring Full-Time Drivers (CDL and Non-CDL). The position offers hourly wages between $19 and $20, with paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Training classes start weekly, and shifts run 4:30am–8:30pm, 7 days a week for 35–40+ hours weekly.

Location: 829 West Silverlake Road, Tucson, AZ 85713. Applicants must be 21+, possess a valid AZ driver license, pass DOT and background checks, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with transit systems or driving a vehicle is a plus.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation to riders.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading.
• Ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and required paperwork.
• Operate tablets/electronic devices for ridem financing and tracking.
