Apis Services, Inc. seeks a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker (Mobile Services) to deliver community-based psychiatric rehabilitation for adults with serious mental health conditions.

This full-time role supports recovery, skills-building, and community integration in a mobile, field-based setting. The position emphasizes recovery-oriented practices, motivational interviewing, and collaboration with treatment teams to coordinate care and advocate for participant needs.

Qualifications

• Experience and education vary by education level as listed.
• CPRP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promote recovery-oriented and psychiatric rehabilitation services.
• Support participants in recovery and wellness goals.
• Provide skills training in daily living and self-advocacy.
• Utilize motivational interviewing to identify needs and barriers.
• Assist participants in navigating health and social services.
• Support connections to natural supports and community resources.
• Help schedule and attend appointments and advocate for needs.
• Bridge physical and behavioral health care.
• Participate in treatment and aftercare meetings.
• Provide crisis management and recovery-focused interventions.
• Document services and billing using electronic health record systems.
• Provide telephonic support and complete duties as assigned.
