Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Mental Health Technician to provide direct patient care in a behavioral health setting at Swedish Hospital in Chicago. Under supervision of a registered nurse, you will help ensure patient safety, participate in treatment planning and document care as required.

The role requires de-escalation techniques, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR/CPI certifications. Driving off-site duties may be required with valid liability coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to demonstrate de-escalation and behavior management techniques
• Valid driver's license required if duties off-site and coverage evidence may be requested
