Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a behavioral health or residential treatment setting.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patients’ activities and behaviors.
• Assist patients in attending therapy and recreational activities.
• Accurately document patient interactions in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
