Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in food production
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets
• Experience with institutional kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of nutritional principles for regular and therapeutic diets
• Must be at least 18 years old
• CPR, CPI, and First Aid certifications or within 60 days of employment

Responsibilities

• The Cook is responsible for ordering, preparation, cooking and serving of food to members, including seasoning and cooking meat, fish, vegetables, soups, salads and desserts.
