Relief Mental Health seeks a Clinical Assistant to work closely with the Mental Health Provider, performing vital signs, point-of-care testing, and other patient care tasks. Flexibility to stay until 8pm when needed is required.

You will greet patients, manage paperwork, schedule, enter data in the EHR, and maintain medical records with strict confidentiality. The role emphasizes compassionate, detail-oriented support for patients and families.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Kareo or Tebra EHR preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail in patient data and workflows.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist visitors and patients as they arrive at the office.
• Review patient paperwork and mental health assessments.
• Assist with phone calls from patients.
• Coordinate daily administrative activities including scheduling and data entry in the EHR.
• Prepare and upkeep exam and treatment rooms.
• Record patient histories, test results, and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with vital signs and point-of-care testing; train for TMS treatments.
• Assist providers with prescription questions and prior authorizations.
• Print and fax documents; follow office workflow procedures.
• Deliver compassionate support to patients and families; ensure HIPAA compliance.
