Arbor Company is seeking Resident Assistants (Caregivers) for a Luxury Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Starting at $20/hour with full-time and part-time shifts: 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, and weekends as posted. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certification not required.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, DSP)
• Memory Care experience is a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support with activities of daily living
• Help residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Encourage engagement, comfort, and connection
