Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring Resident Assistants (Caregivers) for a luxury Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Starting at $20/hour with higher pay based on experience. We offer both full-time and part-time shifts (7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm).

This role focuses on compassionate, hands-on resident care in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and caregiving experience; memory care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months caregiving experience preferred.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.
• Certification not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support with activities of daily living.
• Help residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Encourage engagement, comfort, and connection.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment.
• Support residents living in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Your Impact as a Resident Assistant (Caregiver)

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certification not required
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, DSP)
• Memory Care experience is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
