Aura Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant - MedSurg-CDU to support Registered Nurses in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. You will assist with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and vital signs while applying advanced tasks as unit needs, including phlebotomy and Foley catheter removal when applicable.

You're expected to communicate clearly with patients, families, and the healthcare team, uphold safety and confidentiality, and follow infection control protocols.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; rising senior considered.
• Current BLS certification; CNA/Patient Care Tech preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a positive patient experience under RN supervision.
• Assist with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and vital signs.
• Document patient information accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Transport supplies and equipment; maintain a safe patient environment.
