Qualifications

• Must maintain certification per state requirements.
• Completion of state-required education/certificates for medication aides and company competency checklist.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer or supervise medications according to physician orders and MAR.
• Document medications on MAR and verify accuracy at shift end.
• Conduct shift handovers and maintain medication security.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and cleanliness in resident rooms.
• Report any abuse or changes in resident condition to supervisors.
