Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications according to physician orders and community protocols.
• Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions to medications and perform vital signs checks.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR system.
• Assist with medication inventory, ordering, and ensuring storage, counts, and handling compliance.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the Wellness Director, care team, and healthcare providers to support individualized resident care plans.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe medication area and promote a supportive wellness environment.
• Provide attentive, compassionate service that respects residents’ mobility, cognitive, and sensory needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and team members while upholding ethics and integrity.
