You will help with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and work under the Wellness Director to maintain a respectful, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Safety and accuracy in medication administration.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and monitor residents.

Responsibilities

• Administers or assists with medication administration per MAR and physician orders.
• Maintains MAR documentation and verifies accuracy at shift end.
• Conducts shift handoffs and ensures security of medication cart and narcotics keys.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility).
• Observes changes in residents and reports to Wellness Director or charge nurse.
