Job summary

Inspirations of Tempe is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to support our residents with safe medication administration and compassionate care. The CMA will document on MAR, assist with daily activities, and report changes to the Wellness Director in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Proactive communication, adherence to safety protocols, and respect for resident dignity are essential. This full-time position offers growth in a warm, family-like community with PTO, daily pay, and 401K

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide certification is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in assisted living preferred.
• Knowledge of MAR and medication safety regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and assist residents with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Administers or assists with medication per physician orders.
• Documents medications on MAR per policy and verifies records.
• Conducts shift reports and communicates with Wellness Director.
• Maintains security of medication cart and narcotic keys.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Works with peers and demonstrates professional demeanor.
