Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Ability to perform basic math for medication administration.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and safety regulations.
• High school diploma or GED and relevant Med-Tech certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADL's, meal service, light housekeeping and laundry while promoting resident independence.
• Supervise self-administration of medication for residents.
• Provide dignified, caring atmosphere and responsive service to residents and families.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow cleaning schedules.
• Communicate health changes to supervisor and document observations.
