MBK Senior Living is seeking a full-time Medication Technician to assist residents with medications, perform duties per care plans, and document care in a compassionate, organized manner. The role supports residents and works within state and federal regulations.

The position offers a full-time schedule (Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00am–2:30pm) with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits. Must have a high school diploma and 1+ year healthcare experience, with CPR/First Aid certification

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care as assigned
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of resident medication and care
• Notify supervisor if medication is not administered correctly
• Document information including incidents and resident condition changes
• Respond to emergencies and resident requests promptly
• Maintain a safe environment following policies and regulations
• Comply with regulations (HIPAA, licensing) and MBK policies
• Mentor and coach team members and foster teamwork
