Qualifications

• Must have TB test per state regulations.
• Must comply with all company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a Registered Nurse.
• Document medication administration in the MAR and other systems.
• Monitor for medication effects, side effects, and overall response.
• Communicate medication changes to nursing leadership promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as trained.
