Qualifications

• Must submit to TB testing per state regulations.
• Must comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and organizational information.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to respond effectively to resident needs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a Registered Nurse.
• Monitor medication effectiveness and side effects; report changes to nursing leadership.
• Document medication administration in MAR and required systems.
• Maintain safe storage and security of medications per regulations.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to support continuity of care and medication management.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and daily living tasks.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs; promote meaningful interactions.
• Communicate changes in condition to the nursing leadership team; maintain clear cross-shift communication.
