Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Plymouth, MA seeks a Medication Aide/Med Tech responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents accurately and safely, following physician orders and Six Rights of Medication Administration.

You will document in MAR/TAR in real time, observe residents during and after passes, monitor symptoms, and report concerns promptly. Maintain clean carts and rooms, complete narcotic counts, and uphold infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+ required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Preferred experience in senior care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR in real time during and after medication passes.
• Observe residents during and after medication administration, monitor symptoms and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain clean medication carts and rooms, and complete narcotic counts.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.
