Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Medication Aide to ensure residents receive medications and treatments safely, accurately and with dignity in a senior living setting. You will administer medications per orders, follow the Six Rights, and document in MAR/TAR in real time.

Responsibilities include observing residents during/after passes, monitoring symptoms, reporting concerns promptly, and keeping carts/rooms clean while maintaining infection control and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes and monitor symptoms.
• Report concerns or refusals promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized medication carts/rooms and adhere to infection control standards.
• Complete narcotic counts and ensure regulatory compliance to safeguard resident safety.
