Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred experience in senior care

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document in MAR/TAR in real time and monitor residents during and after passes
• Maintain clean medication carts and adhere to infection control and safety standards
• Complete narcotic counts and report concerns or refusals promptly
