Carriage Court Senior Living in Hilliard, OH is seeking a part-time Medication Partner to deliver compassionate care and accurate medication management for residents. You will ensure proper administration, maintain carts and records, and support daily living activities with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include monitoring medication routines, documenting administrations, and collaborating with the care team to maintain safety and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Certified per state guidelines and in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct with mature interpersonal skills.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared and health screening current.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to support resident safety and well‑being.
