Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Medication Partner for the Hudson, OH location. The role requires 6:00pm–11:00pm shifts on a Thursday/Friday and Monday/Saturday schedule, with a pay range of $22–$27.25 per hour.

Responsibilities include proper medication administration, maintaining carts, and assisting residents with daily living activities in a supportive, home-like setting. Ideal candidates are 18+, state-certified, with a high school diploma, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• State guidelines certification active and in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude towards residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required.
• Criminal history clearance.
• Health screening and TB testing as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and accurate records.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a home-like environment.
