The role provides routine support to residents, including activities of daily living, meals, transportation, and safety checks, aligned with state and federal regulations.

The position emphasizes compassionate care, team collaboration, and adherence to physician orders, with cross-training across care levels to assist residents effectively.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Certificate: Medication Assistant training based on state regulations.
• Entry-level experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with medication supervision and/or administration per state regulations.
• Provide meal support in dining rooms and room service; observe residents during meals.
• Respond to call signals and monitor resident safety and well-being.
• Assist in admission, orientation, discharge and transfer processes.
• Cross-train to support all levels of care within Assisted Living settings.
