Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and CovenantCare Home Health and Hospice in Denver, CO is seeking a non-certified care attendant responsible for daily resident assistance and medication administration in accordance with physician orders and state regulations.

You will assist with activities of daily living, meals, transport, and social engagement while ensuring safety and privacy. This role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to work with the care team to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medication Assistant training/certification as per state regulations.
• Entry-level experience in caregiving is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with medication supervision/administration according to state rules.
• Support dining room service and observe residents during meals and snacks.
• Monitor residents' condition and report changes to supervisors.
• Respond to call bells and ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Assist in admission, orientation, discharge, and transfers as needed.
