Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. in Indiana is seeking a Medication Assistant to support residents with medication reminders, administration, and coordination with pharmacy. This role requires adherence to state guidelines and compassionate service.

You will document in our digital platform, respond to resident needs, and work with health care staff to ensure safety and quality care. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; related experience acceptable
• Medication certification as required by state guidelines must be current
• ESL medication competency upon hire per state regulation
• First Aid and CPR certification may be required by state law

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and/or assistance according to state regulations.
• Administers medications as allowed by state guidelines.
• Order and receive medication; ensure availability and communicate with pharmacy when needed.
• Maintain resident records in our digital platform daily, including medication distribution and incident reporting.
• Assist with resident care when needed and respond to requests from residents and families.
