Rolling Ridge Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our North Carolina team. You will administer medications safely, monitor residents' health, and support the nursing staff to ensure well-being and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications according to physician orders and company protocols.
• Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents' health status and measure vital signs as needed.
• Resident Engagement: Build positive relationships with residents and encourage participation in wellness programs.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow infection control procedures and ensure medications and records are organized and secure.
