Monroe Health & Rehab Center in Huntersville, NC is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide (QMA) to administer medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will follow nursing standards, facility policies, and state regulations while delivering safe, respectful care.

Requirements include being in good standing on the state registry, completion of a QMA competency program if required, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Be listed in good standing on the state registry as a medication aide.
• Completed QMA competency evaluation if required by state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software.
• EMAR experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the physician.
• Follow nursing standards and facility policies in care delivery.
• Document care in the electronic health record per procedures.
• Collaborate with licensed nurses and care team to ensure safety.
