Job summary

Green Leaf Care Center is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide to administer medications to residents under the direction of a licensed nurse. You will follow nursing standards and the facility’s policies while ensuring resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation in the electronic health record and adherence to state regulations. This role offers FT and PT opportunities with a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be listed in good standing on the registry as a medication aide in the state where you work.
• Passed the QMA competency evaluation program if required by your state.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician under nurse supervision.
• Follow established nursing standards and community policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and adhere to state regulations.
