Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group seeks a compassionate Medication Aide to join an assisted living team. You will administer prescribed medications under licensed nurse supervision, ensuring safety and quality care for residents in a supportive environment.

Qualifications include current state registry as a medication aide, HS diploma or equivalent, and basic computer/EHR proficiency. The role offers FT hours, with second shift availability and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Be listed in good standing on the registry as a medication aide in the state in which you work.
• Passed the QMA competency evaluation program if your state requires.
• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the Attending Physician under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Follow established nursing standards and community policies and practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR as required by state law and facility policy.
