Qualifications

• Must be listed in good standing on the state registry as a medication aide.
• Completion of QMA competency evaluation where required by state law.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the physician.
• Provide a safe, comforting, and supportive environment for residents.
• Attend to residents' physical, emotional, and social needs per the care plan.
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies; adhere to facility policies.

Formation

QMA competency/registry, state requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
