Qualifications

• Proven experience using Epic EHR (Electronic Health Records) is strictly required.
• Proficiency in Windows 11 and a typing speed of 40+ words per minute (WPM).
• Exceptional phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
• A friendly, compassionate, and empathetic personality; self-starter under pressure.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Document calls in patients' EHR (EPIC).
• Assist patients, ensuring inquiries are resolved.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments accurately.
• Route medication refill requests to clinical team.
• Manage details and route messages efficiently.
