• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm greeting and excellent customer service to every patient.
• Schedule patient appointments and procedures according to established policies.
• Check-in/Check-out: Obtain accurate information from patients and ensure all forms are complete.
• Maintain and oversee phototherapy patient flow.
• Collect patient and insurance payments and reconcile charges daily; explain financial requirements and collect copays.
• File records in EPIC and keep patient charts in proper order.
• Process medical record requests with appropriate consent.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant records.
• Ensure reception area and restrooms are stocked and clean during business hours.
• Ensure office supplies are sufficient and stocked.
• Perform other related duties as directed or assigned.
