Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our clinical teams in Massachusetts. You will engage with patients, take vital signs, and support providers with examinations and procedures.

You will document all patient encounters in our EHR system while maintaining strict privacy standards. Responsibilities include patient triage, basic clinical tasks, medication administration under supervision where allowed, and collaboration with the broader clinic team to ensure smooth discharge

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification as Medical Assistant with 1 year experience or 2 years MA experience.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients in a welcoming, professional manner and provide information about care and medications.
• Triage patients, take vital signs, obtain histories, and assist with minor procedures.
• Document patient information and maintain EHRs in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Administer medications under supervision per state guidelines (NH & ME only) and assist with discharge plans.
