Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our New England clinics and help deliver high-quality patient care while supporting the clinical team. You will engage with patients, triage their needs, take vital signs, and assist with procedures under supervision, all while maintaining accurate EHR documentation.

The role requires a Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience, BLS, and strong communication and technical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification with 1 year of experience or 2 years of MA experience.
• BLS certification; CPR/ACLS not accepted; in-person classes preferred.
• Compassionate, patient-focused with strong communication.
• Technically proficient with common software and able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients, provide information on conditions, treatments, and medications.
• Triage patients, measure vital signs, obtain histories, and assist with procedures.
• Document patient information in EHRs; ensure privacy compliance.
• Assist with medication administration under supervision where allowed.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate patient care.
