AVIA TOTAL HEALTH PLLC in West Melbourne, FL is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to join our patient-centered practice. You will support physicians, manage patient flow, and assist with examinations in a fast-paced clinic.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, MA certification preferred, and experience with EHR/EMR systems; strong communication and organizational skills, plus a compassionate, professional demeanor, are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; MA certificate preferred.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems is preferred.
• CMA or RMA certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist physicians and clinical staff with examinations and procedures.
• Record histories, vital signs, and chief complaints in EMR/EHR.
• Prepare rooms, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness.
• Administer injections, draw blood, and perform basic tests as directed.
• Schedule appointments and manage front/back office workflow.
• Handle patient communications and provide care instructions.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
